Weekly meeting slot for technical topics. We will try and focus on one topic per meeting. We will announce at the Tuesday Ops meeting if this meeting is going ahead and if so the topic to be discussed.

Moderate security problem in HTCondor-BS in 8.6 with a recommendation to upgrade to 8.8. It appears that ARC-CE5 don't work with HTCondor 8.8. Suggest upgrade to ARC-CE6 before doing HTCondor upgrade.
Glasgow recommendation: Install newest version of ARC-CE6 (6.6), but use the legacy accounting as there is a bug in the latest.

Oxford
Currently running ARC-CE5 on CC7. Plan to move to ARC-CE6 but don’t have a spare box. Will declare a downtime for 2 days to do the upgrade.
Sheffield
Actively working on upgrade to ARC-CE 6. Time is limited and having problems getting config to work.
ECDF
Still running ARC-CE5 but have setup an ARC-CE6 and are adding it to the GOCDB etc.
Lancaster
Using CREAM-CE with SGE. Plan to move to HTCondor-CE. Deadline of November 2020 (because it is SL6), CREAM-CE deadline is end of 2020.
Bristol
Currently ARC-CE5 on SL6. Plan to setup HTCondor-CE on CC07. Will be setup in the next few weeks.
Manchester
Plan to install HTCondor-CE as a replacement. No testbed yet.
Glasgow
1 ARC-CE5 on SL6 fronting the SL6 WN for legacy users. Plan to run for a few more weeks before turning the whole thing off.
Other Sites
Alastair to email Sussex and Birmingham.
Raja to check with RALPP regarding their status.
Durham have a working ARC-CE6, ScotGrid will confirm if they have decommissioned their ARC-CE5.
Liverpool are using HTCondor-CE in production.
UCL / Cambridge are no more.
