**HEALTH STATUS: Everyone is fine without any COVID-19 symptom!**

## Main points 

* **TW general rules:**
Be on standby (!), while being easily reachable by phone or email!

* **Rules and Staff:**
The SM18 **White List** expands each working day! Now almost all of the members of the TF section are back at least part time. So, please follow the Covid-19 online training and respect the rules imposed.

    * Online course “COVID-19 - Health & Safety Measures at CERN” which is now available on the Safety Training catalog on CERN’s Learning Hub (https://learninghub.cern.ch) > Catalog: Safety > Domain: Safety and Health (SH).

    #### Documentation:
    * The documentation is a "proof of work", especially for those that are partially working. However, it accounts for everybody! 

## Marta's notes

### 1. Update on the SM18 Work:

- Update your EDH status weekly or whenever it needed but always in time.

- Wednesday meeting is going to be kept (duration: 1 hour) for activity follow up and update from everybody.

- Marta prepared the file of planned presence/absence/TW and sent it to secretariat. Please follow up as much as possible this table until the end of August; while changes are possible to be appeared in the EDH. 

- This week is the Council Week, where the policy committee performs administrative, financial, scientific discussions.

- **11T long magnet: On going** 
Problems with the electrical integrity of the magnet, while there are also questions on its performance, which are critical for the magnet itself. Nonetheless, there are under investigation.

- **QXF triplet prototype**
It has a high priority tag and will be tested next!

- Demo2: 
Test is progressing successfully

- DP201: 
There are questions concerning its performance, while there is also an on going HV insulation qualification on the QHs.

- General:
    - There will be a conflict with the RF-cavities which are going to consume be amounts of helium.
    - Holiday management with those left behind. Please keep the overlap periods as shorter as possible.
    - Seminar on Precursors (Gerard, Marcus) : it is under discussion. 

### 2. End of contracts:

Several colleagues are finishing their contracts, and thus, a lot of topics (optical fibers, diodes, and more) are under "migration" and exchange of knowledge; while they need to be evolved within the next weeks. For each and everyone, please prepare the final documentation in time. In order to facilitate this work, as a starting point create an one page document with the "to do" list and their status, contact persons, information, storage area, and more. Include also the next steps of your work and what else is pending or on hold. To be presented at the scientific meeting. Additionally, Christian will be back on Monday. For whom it may concerns, please update him accordingly in order to help on a smoother transition.
