1) Open issues:
  -- TBB build inconsistent between some machines.
   TBB find procedure will be produced by SFT and then used by everybody.
   We have to wait until this feature is present. Thne we will implement the
   conditional building in DDCore.

  -- Condiitons and IOV change.
   To be checked in detail why tests fail.

  -- Pull request from Sebastien should be closed.
   The required fixes were done by Markus in a less intrusive way.

   a) CPACK configuration to be added.
      Creates cmake target to optionally provide tar ball for independent installation.
