This meeting is to start to discuss possible plans following the partial CERN re-start

Introduction (Jamie):
- The first FASER magnet assembly is completed and the magnet is now being measured. It is expected to be installed in the FASER test setup in EHN1 on July 27th. The second magnet is under construction and should be fully assembled by the end of July, and measured by mid-August (to be moved to EHN1). The third magnet should be available at the start of October to be installed directly one the tunnel.
- The FASER scintillator units (in their frames) were transported to EHN1. Thanks to EN-HE for the careful transport of these delicate items.
- The FASER cooling unit construction has been completed by EN-CV and it has been transported to EHN1. During the week of July 27th this will be commissioned (grounded, connected to power and to the technical network).
- The installation of the lower base plate in TI12 has been completed. Since the last meeting the sealing and weights have been removed from the baseplate and a survey done. This showed that most of the baseplate has a very good flatness (within 0.3mm), but the front part has lifted up by ~2mm. This should not be problematic for FASER. Jamie thanked everyone involved in the successful installation of the baseplate.
- The FASER racks have been installed in TI12, and the SAS has been removed. This week the EN-EL installation work is ongoing (see report from Yann).
- The schedule for the installation and load test of the handling beam in TI12 has been re-scheduled to week 37 (TBC).
Summary of ongoing EL work (Yann) :
- Yann showed a number of photos covering the status of the ongoing EN-EL work in TI12.
- This work started on Monday morning and is progressing well:
* The main cable tray, the earthing cable and the small cable trays (at the entrance to TI12 from UJ12) have been installed.
* The Switch Board has been installed, but needs to be connected up.
* The 2 AUGs have been installed but not yet connected.
* The related cables have been pulled but not yet connected.
* The detector copper grounding plates has been installed and connected.
* Safety lights (x2) have been installed but not connected.
* Standard lights (x3) are currently being installed.
* Cable for powering the racks have been pulled (not connected).
- LHC coordination have informed Yann that (unexpectedly) there will be no access on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday next week - so the work will not finish on schedule. Yann hopes it can finish before July 28th.
- Following a question from Jamie, Yann mentioned that there will need to be an HSE safety inspection of the electrical installation - but it is more efficient if this is done after the cooling unit is installed (including power connection and grounding).
