This meeting is to start to discuss possible plans following the partial CERN re-start
Attendance: Jamie Boyd, Liam Andrew Dougherty, Francesco Sanchez Galan, Jonathan Gall, Angelo Infantino,

Introduction (Jamie):
- The assembly of the first magnet is complete
* First field measurements consistent with expectations
* Guiding profiles still needs to be cut, the magnet painted and detailed field measurement carried out
* A VIC for magnet installation in EHN1 will be held July 8th
- The test installation in EHN1 of the upper frame was successfully
* The scintillator stations were assembled in Bldg. 21 in their parts of the
upper frame successfully. They will need to be transported to EHN1
to complete the test installation
- EHN1 has also been prepared for commissioning of tracker planes
- The scheme for adding grounding connections in TI12 is being worked
out with Yann Maurer (EN/EL)
- The lower baseplate was installed in TI12 over the last week
* This included filling the gap between the floor and baseplate with grout
* The next step is to clean the baseplate and then resurvey its position
at the beginning of the coming week
- The detector installation is now set to start on October 12th
* Six weeks are available: week 42-47
* For commissioning it should be possible to access during weeks 50,51 and 1
about half of the time, but it needs to be coordinated with the LHC operations team
* In addition short accesses during 2021 in between magnet trainings
should also be possible
WP2 (Jonathan):
- Work is all done. The removal of survey points have been completed as the last step.

WP3 (Liam):
- The handrail and trench cover design is complete
* Jamie noted that a modification of the guard rail/cover will be needed for the FASERnu interface detector
* That will only be installed in 2021, so it was suggested to keep current design until then
- Short term schedule planned as follows:
* Rack supports are ready for installation on July 6
* SAS to be removed July 7
* Baseplate survey on the July 8
* Scaffolding for EN-EL installed July 9-10
* EN/EL installation work July 13-24
- The rail installation will be completed July 30-31 if the new rail beam is ready by then
* The backup period is first half of September
- The compressed air installation will be completed by EN/CV in the first two weeks of August
- The fibers installation will be scheduled in the first two weeks as well (needs 1-3 days)
* Brian asked if the fibers would be operational as soon as installed. This will be checked with EN-EL-FC
The next meeting is planned for the 16th of July
