Management Meeting
Description
The purpose of this meeting is to:
- Review progress of the CCC in attracting partners and sponsors and initiating projects, since the CCC launch in July 2009. Compare with original goals.
- Executive decisions of partner representatives concerning transition of the CCC from a one-year project to a longer-term centre.
- Discussion and prioritization of workplan for second year, including future sponsors to approach (governments, companies, foundations…)
