The task list is available via the Savannah DIRAC group ( Task List ). If you are not already registered please do so at the Savannah page. In order to streamline the time spent during PASTE on the actions list only tasks in the status 'ToBeDiscussed' will be discussed there. In case some actions fall by the wayside they will automatically be updated to this status. Therefore the action assignees should take care to update this. For ongoing actions it is advantageous to report any progress in the Savannah tasks each week.

1. Production Issues

Andrew: few things related to the derived productions: even though the derived production has done nothing, it will still appear to have processed 100% of the files (it's because the production is working on already processed files). To not confuse the shifters, that have to be aware that a production is generated by a sub-request, possibilities are: either do not show the files, or to "advise" them with some flag, with a colour or an icon: this second one is probably a better solution. The task to produce these developments is assigned to Alexey.

Large number of queued transfers to CERN_M-DST. Roberto is discussing how to solve this issue.

PIC: it seems that everyone agrees that dirac services (accounting included) should be moved at CERN.


2. DIRAC Release Update

- Upcoming v5r5 release.
Everybody should tag his own systems. Pre-production release could be rolled out today.

TaskQueue on Certification seems to be broken since May 20th. Andrei will have a look at it.


3. DIRAC Tasks

- ResourceStatus System status
Caching provided. Sites pages speeded it up. Needs to get in touch with Matvey.
- WMS status
Work ongoing on the "holding" state, in development.
- Documentation
Skeleton prepared. Hopes are to make it available this week.
