# Meeting New BGI electronics encoder

Meeting goal -> Discuss what is the hardware streaming the BGI data to CCC and how it will stream it to CCC.
## Conclusion
* 355 network cannot support multicast UDP video stream at the moment easily. (No streaming to offices).
* The solution is an encoder box taking the BGI HDMI output and convert it to a unicast UDP stream to CCC. (Simple solution that will work in January 2021)
* BE-CO want to know where the rack is, the network outlet addresses and how to contact in case of problems.
* Hampus will send the location to them, along with an E-group address of the people maintaining the BGI
* Request will come from BE-OP
* We all agree that the video will be visible only in CCC, for now, and that if required, an upgraded system with multicast can be installed.
