Abstract Submission for Poster Contributions and Contributions from Collaborations
Collaborations are invited to submit an abstract for a talk on the collaboration's plans for Upgrade Ib/II.
Junior scientists are also invited to submit abstracts for Poster presentations. The content of the posters may cover both hardware as well analysis ideas. Phase-2 Upgrade reports, their relevance to Run4 physics, new analysis techniques and methods are all welcome. The poster abstract submission is open until 26th June.
Poster presentations as well as contributions by the collaborations do not qualify for a publication in EPJ-C, however, an online-proceeding format might be envisioned.
