Abstract: 

I will present a recently developed technique to constrain the spectrum and the Operator Product Expansion coefficients of a general Conformal Field Theory in 2 and 4 dimensions. The result of this study is a model independent upper bound on the anomalous dimensions of scalar operators and on the size of three-point functions. Applications to BSM model building will be briefly discussed.
