- Michal will ask for new thermal simulations after we receive feedback from the review
- EN-MME will be asked to update the model to reflect the latest mechanics (tungsten covers, v-shaped springs, new electrodes)
- Gerhard and Dmitry will check if it would be feasible to increase the width of the thermal link in case we need to improve cooling of the absorbers (in worst case scenario 20 K gradient along the link)
- BPM flanges in the cryostat extension
- Michal looked at the drawing LHCQCXF_0005 D - flange dimensions are correct, the distance between the flanges is also correct
- The original drawing and the updated version not sent for BE-BI approval even though there is a clear interface with our equipment (cryostat flanges) - Nicolas will follow up on this
- Nicolas will soon have a meeting with Thomas Sahner to discuss BPM integration
- Dmitry verified mounting solution for the V-shaped springs - the longitudinal position is stable
- Gerhard will contact Feuerherdt to discuss design details and materials
- Michal discussed the new electrode design with Karol - the design is fine for manufacturing at CERN in January
- Dmitry will contact Emilien to schedule a meeting to discuss all foreseen manufacturing jobs
If there is no feedback from the review before 14th December, Gerhard will contact the review panel
