Important to note before submitting abstracts
We are again using the Indico abstract submission system hosted by CERN, which does not link with the existing CAP membership system nor the abstract submission system used before the 2014 Congress. Therefore, if you don't already have an Indico CERN account, or didn’t set one up for last year's Congress, you must create one before you can submit an abstract for the Congress.
To create a new account, fill out the form on this page: https://account.cern.ch/account/Externals/ .
You will receive a verification e-mail. Click on the link in the e-mail to complete the process.
Go to the Indico CAP2021 site http://indico.cern.ch/e/CAP2021 and Click Login in the top right corner to access the CERN single sign-on page". Enter your account credentials and you will then be able to submit an abstract.
NOTE: To avoid delay in processing your abstract, you MUST select a presentation type (directly below abstract content box) as well as the track (division) from the list at the bottom of the page.
Abstracts should not exceed 2400 characters including spaces (~300 words).
Important à noter avant de soumettre un résumé
Nous utilisons à nouveau le système de soumissions de résumés Indico chez CERN qui n'est pas relié à celui de l’adhésion de l’ACP ni au système de soumission utilisé avant le congrès 2014. Donc, si vous n'avez pas déjà un compte Indico chez CERN et n'en aviez pas créé un pour le congrès de l'année précédente, vous devez en créer un maintenant avant de pouvoir déposer votre résumé.
Pour créer un nouveau compte, complétez le formulaire sur cette page : https://account.cern.ch/account/Externals/ .
Vous recevrez un courriel de vérification. Cliquez sur le lien dans le courriel pour compléter le processus.
Allez au site CAP2021 http://indico.cern.ch/e/CAP2021 et cliquez sur "S'identifier" dans le coin supérieur droit pour accéder à la page "CERN Single Sign-on". Entrez les informations d'identification de votre compte et vous pourrez alors soumettre un résumé.
À NOTER: Afin d’éviter les délais dans le traitement de votre soumission, vous DEVEZ choisir un « presentation type » (directement sous la boîte « abstract content ») ainsi qu’un « track classification ».
Un résumé ne peut pas excéder 2400 caractères incluant les espaces (~300 mots)._
