The goal of this meeting is to facilitate strategic brainstorming and define a coherent, realistic plan for PanDA's evolution during LS3, ensuring the system is technically and operationally prepared to meet the requirements of HL-LHC and EIC. The discussion should identify key architectural and functional areas for development, establish priorities and indicative timelines, and assess resource, integration, and sustainability constraints. The role of AI/ML techniques should be explicitly considered, focusing on areas where they can provide clear and demonstrable benefits in terms of scalability, efficiency, and operational robustness.

The meeting room is in the 4th floor in room 419b (exit the elevator on the 4th floor and head straight through the double doors and down the hall on the left)

The Campus center garage is connected to the Campus Center through the lower level. Parking is included in the hotel reservation, in that case please park and then check in at the hotel.
