SMU welcomes everyone to the LoopFest XXII conference, which will be held on 20-22 May 2024 at SMU in Dallas, TX.
LoopFest provides a forum for discussing the latest precision quantum field theory results and their applications to understanding experimental data at current and future colliders.
Topics include:
- The potential of the LHC and future colliders for precision measurements
- Progress in multi-loop and multi-leg calculations
- Interfacing fixed-order higher-order calculations with multi-purpose event generators
- Application of effective field theory techniques to precision calculations
- Prospects for improving PDFs for precision measurements
We anticipate a full three days of program on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 20-22 May. All talks at the symposium are expected to be in person.
SUNDAY EVENING: We will gather informally at ≥7pm for dinner at Ozona Grill (4615 Greenville Ave).
Local organizers: Pavel Nadolsky, Fred Olness
Advisory Committee: Radja Boughezal (ANL), Fernando Febres Cordero (FSU), Bernhard Mistlberger (SLAC) and Ciaran Williams (UB)
