On site registration will be open on Tuesday from 10:30 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 18:30 at the entrance to the congress hall! We kindly request all participants to register as soon as possible.
Registration and Payment Information
The registration will be accepted till the 15th of August 2014. Payments can be made via wire transfer or at the site.
The registration procedure starts with the Indico Registration Form, which includes usual affiliation and contact information.
After each of the registration steps, an acknowledgement will be sent via email. A paper copy of the receipt will be handed on site.
The registration does not include accommodation booking, which has to be managed directly by the participants.

Regular and reduced fees include nine coffee breaks, five lunches from Monday to Friday, the Welcome Drink, the Social Dinner and excursion.

Cancellation and Fee Refund Policy
Cancellation requests should be addressed to aw2014@phy.hr.
- For cancellations before 15th of August the full fee will be refunded
- Before 15th of September half of the fee will be refunded
- After 15 th of September the fee cannot be refunded
