Accommodation
The ALICE week venue will be at the Hotel Zora, 50 m away from the pebble-stone
beach, 500 m from the center of Primosten and 35 km from the airport of Split.
The half board hotel rates are the following:
52.00 Euro/day for single use of a Comfort room (3-star)
62.00 Euro/day for single use of a Premier Club room (4-star)
36.00 Euro/day per person in a double Comfort room (3-star)
44.00 Euro/day per person in a double Premier Club room (4-star)
The above prices do not include the tourist tax of 1 Euro/day per person.
The extra-rate for children, if any, depends on their age and on the
kind of accommodation (baby crib, sleeping with parents, extra-bed in a
single/double room or accommodation in a "family" two-room apartment);
please contact the hotel management for details.
For any other peculiarities (such as the need of separate invoices for
participant and companion(s) or the need of a special invoice to fit the
requirements of the reimbursing Institution), please contact the hotel by mail.
Here are the instructions for the online reservation procedure:
- on the hotel web site http://www.hotelzora-adriatiq.com/en/hotel-zora ,
look for the online booking menu on the right-hand
side and insert your dates and the access key ALICE;
- you will be redirected to a separate section of the hotel web site, where
the four room options above will be presented; please note that the prices
given there include the tourist tax. Do not select the full board treatment, since
it is included in the conference fee. Please read the cancellation policy;
- make sure that the reservation is done before September 1, 2014, otherwise the
availability of a room is not guaranteed.
- due to a large attendance, some of the junior members will be accommodated in
private residencies, all located very near the conference site.
Please send your flight information to aw2014@phy.hr since we will pick you up at the Split airport and drive you back when you leave. Transportation from Split airport to hotel Zora and back is covered from the conference fee.
