Description
Review the current design aspects of the fundamental power coupler and HOM couplers for the compact cavity designs. Feasibility and robustness of such couplers for the LHC crab cavity from the perspective of HOM damping, fabrication, assembly and operation is considered. These concepts are compared to the conventional coupling and damping systems for cavity-coupler concepts.
