- Veronique has asked to replace “hostel” by “hotel” every where in the catalogue. Nevertheless we have included “foyer” in the French key words, as people is still used to the term: Action: done by Isabel
Review “Cleaning” and “ Hotel management” functionalities
- We need to nominate the function managers for those functions elements: Action: Isabel has assigned the role to Veronique, Bernard and Isabelle Mardirossian. Veronique will verify if they are the right people for that role.
- We have completed both functions:

Veronique suggestions:
- Add button/link in the csc portal that will allow to go to the csc repository tool with the preselected service (from the portal service to edit the service)
- Do not think that future csc users will make the difference between “ open a request ticket” and open and incident ticket.
