Outcome of the Policy Document for a CERN Solid server

Let's list all the alternatives for a realistic pod hosting for CERN's potentially 40K users.

wait for solidcommunity.net to migrate to CSS. Then give requirements based on User eXperience.

Issues of ID provider and storage remain open. If CSS comes with NO ID provider and NO storage, the overhead for CERN to develop the interface is too much!
