We present a Leading-Order PDFs fitting within the CT18 framework, i.e., CT18 LO PDFs. To improve the fitting results, we imposed two treatments: 1) exclude 5 data sets, which cannot be correctly described with LO QCD theory, from the CT18 global data set; 2) apply a K-factor to mimic the NLO QCD corrections to Drell-Yan processes. The strong coupling as input for CT18 LO is fixed to be its optimal value $\alpha_s(M_Z) = 0.135$. We take the $W$-boson charge asymmetry and inclusive single-top production at LHC as examples to illustrate the implication of the CT18 LO PDFs.
