The registration fee is 430 EUR until April 8th 2022 (NEW!!!), and 500 EUR thereafter. Registration covers lunches, coffee breaks, a reception and the conference dinner. Those who cannot attend in person because their institutions or countries do not allow the travel, because they do not comply with the COVID-related requirements to enter Spain, or because of medical reasons, are invited to contact us at dis2022-registration@igfae.usc.es.
If the conference has to be moved online due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund (minus bank transfer expenses) down to a smaller online fee will be done.
For cancellations by individual participants, the registration fee will be fully refunded (minus bank transfer expenses) if the cancellation is requested before April 9th 2022. Half of the fee will be refunded if a cancellation is requested between April 9th and April 25th. Fees will not be refunded after that date.
Registration will not be approved until the payment of the fee is received, which will be checked every few days.
Limited financial support is available for students, consisting in 50 % lower registration fee, 215 and 250 EUR for early and late registration, respectively. Those interested, please indicate in the registration providing the requested information.
