Registration fees include: Lunches, dinners, coffee breaks and social events.
Accommodation will have to be organized by the attendees by contacting directly with the hotels recommended in our accommodation section. Of course, participants are free to book accommodation by themselves in one of the hotels in the city of Valencia according to its preferences.
Free bus transfer will be organised from Valencia to the Parador.

On-site registration: 350€ onsite payments will be permitted upon requests.
If you are a student and you are interested in obtaining a discount, please send a copy of your student card or proof of university enrolment 2021-2022 to ftmi@valenciatur.com.
Participants should pay by bank transfer or credit card and assume all commission and charges incurred.
In the case that you choose the bank transfer payment, after receiving the confirmation, the registration fees must be paid within 10 days, otherwise, the registration will be canceled. Please send the bank transfer receipt to ftmi@valenciatur.com and bring with you your confirmation and the bank transfer receipt to collect your documentation at the registration desk.
All changes or cancellations must be submitted to ftmi@valenciatur.com in writing (e-mail). Before 27May 2022, the entire fee will be refunded. In case of cancellation, from 28 May 2022 onwards, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Cancellations received after 31 May 2022, are non-refundable. However, substitutes will be accepted at any time -with a written authorization letter from the original participant informing of the change of name-. All refunds will be made within 6 weeks after the conference.
*Registration expenses arising from economic transactions will not be refunded in any case.
