Oral presentations
1) Presentation time: 20 min overall (max 16 min presentation + 4 min Q&A)
2) What you need to prepare and provide in advance of the conference:
Slide Presentation as pdf or PowerPoint file - ratio 16:9
3) Deadine for submission on INDICO: at least 24h before your session starts
Poster presentations
IWORID 2022 will have two Poster Sessions:
- Poster Session 1 will be on Monday, June 27, 16:20 - 17:50
- Poster Session 2 will be on Wednesday, June 29, 16:20 - 17:50.
All poster sessions will be in the PalaVela.
The maximum poster size (NOTE: vertical orientation) is 95 cm wide x 232 cm tall
As an example, the typical A0 size poster is 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm.
Adhesive tape to attach your poster to the panel will be available in the poster room. Your panel will be labeled with the poster number, and a map of all posters will be available in room.
The poster shall be provided by the Author(s). Please review your poster dimensions before you arrive to ensure that it will fit in the defined space.
The poster room will be available from Monday June 29, 7:30AM to Thursday June 30, Noon.
Please hang your poster as soon as possible and leave it up as long as possible. All posters should be removed by Thursday morning.
Presenting authors are expected to be present at their poster during their entire session.
