Jobs: Very good efficiencies this week, even with Offsite reads. 

SAM tests: Failed days on Friday, Sunday and Monday, but not necessarily caused by webdav test, as was the case in previous weeks. There were a block of webdav failures on Sunday morning, but this coincided with failures on the gridftp endpoint tests too...so perhaps this was a more general problem with either network or Echo. Other failing days were caused by AAA test errors - test was unable to read the test file, but no further information on that.

Tape writes: I have not yet updated the automatic approval script. I did a few manual approvals last Thursday and found more info on the problem with monitoring differences between FTS and Rucio/kibana. The writes themselves seemed to work. 

Tape reads: Waiting on the upgrades to RAL-EOS and CMS-Rucio before trying more challenge-type tests.
