Agreed to close application form on February 16 to give some lag for late applicants. Modifications should be possible for a few more days until Feb 18.

Discussed selection of applications. The goal is to select ~60 students by March 11. Number of accepted students should depend on the capacity of places in exercises. A subcommittee of 5 is formed (Sergey, Evgeniy, Lucie, Margherita, Christian) for this task. The selection subcommittee will discuss the procedure shortly.

It was proposed to have a waiting list to fill in the places of canceling students.

It was agreed that the students who help to organise the exercises won't generally have time to take other exercises but they are free to attend lectures. They should not apply, unlike other students. There will be a separate form for registration of admitted students, lecturers, and organizers where they will provide info for invitations and travel details.

Considered presentations of 6 exercise proposals: 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8.

It was suggested to have a report for students that they should fill during the exercise. Besides the obtained results the report should include a checklist of performed tasks and learned concepts. A  template would be useful for this.

We should collect and publish abstracts for all exercises so the students might choose between them in advance.

For exercise 7 (COSMOboxes) we should provide a task with minimum 3 shelves.

Agreed to have the next meeting next week to continue reviewing exercises.
