TRAVEL TO VENUE
To reach the Emauzy Abbey is a short walk from Karlovo náměstí (Charles square), where are the metro and tram stations. There is also a second tram stop at the square called Moráň, which is even closer to the venue.
From Masarykova dormitory, walk to the Vítězné náměstí (or take a tram from Thákurova station). Tram 18 gets to Moráň in 17 min.
Prague public transport connections.
Prague has one of the best public transportation systems in Europe. The subway, trams and buses are used by two-thirds of Prague's population and cover the majority of the city and outskirts. If you can't continue to your destination on foot, you'll be able to catch a tram or bus from near the subway station.

Thanks to its location in the heart of Europe, Prague is easily accessible from all the major European airports.

VISA REQUIREMENTS
Visitors from non-EU countries must possess a passport valid for at least three months after the end of the conference. Participants requiring a visa should apply immediately to the consular office or embassy of the Czech Republic in their country in order to avoid inconvenience. Please note that the visa application procedure can take up to two months.
