How to find the CERN Globe of Innovation

CERN's Globe of Innovation can be reached by various means. If you are travelling by car, click here.

Updated info on public transport:

- from the airport take bus Y, direction Val-Thoiry, stop at CERN (timetable: http://www.tpg.ch/fr/ligney/aller/aero), or bus 57, direction Gare Vernier-Meyrin, stop at Meyrin Graviere + bus 56 to CERN (timetable: http://www.tpg.ch/fr/ligne57/aller/aero)
CERN has a navette service, buses leaving from the airport every half an hour: h. 8:30, 9:30,..).  Tell the driver to leave you at the reception building to collect the access card.

Buses leave from the area of Airport door 1, departing area, next to the SBB train station, 20 m from one another EXCEPT the Y, that is 20 metres from the train station, just around the corner (French side).

- from the centre town (Gare Cornavin): tram 14 or 16, direction Meyrin-Graviere  (don't take n. 18!) to the last stop, then bus 56 (stop on the opposite side of the road),  stop at Les Pommeries - Reception Bld.

TAXI: from the airport the cost is around 35 CHF, from the station around 40 CHF.
