We have had reports of participants receiving emails claiming to offer accommodation for the conference. These are scam emails. At previous events we have also had cases of participants receiving unsolicited phone calls on their work number.
Unfortunately, this is becoming more and more common and, in case you are not already, we would like to make you aware of such scams.
All direct communication regarding Integrability, Dualities and Deformations will either come from one of the organisers directly via their personal email, the conference email address (intdualdef@gmail.com), or through indico. Follow-up communication may also come from the administration at Durham University (durham.ac.uk).
If you are at all unsure about any communication you receive supposedly related to the conference, please do not give out any personal details. Contact one of the organisers directly on their personal email and we will be able to establish whether it is genuine or not.
