Students who are selected to attend the School should arrange to arrive in San Esteban for registration during the afternoon or evening of Wednesday 15 March 2023. The school will end on the morning of Tuesday 28 March after breakfast.
On the day of arrival a bus transfer will be organized between Santiago International Airport (airport code SCL) and the Hotel in San Esteban. Similarly, transport will be provided to the airport on the departure day.
Accepted students will be informed about the times of the bus transfers so that they can arrange their travel accordingly.
Note that students should not make firm bookings for travel to the school before they have been formally accepted, and travel details for funded students must be agreed in advance by the School organizers.
