FEES & PAYMENT
The fees cover the CAS course on RF for Acceletators according to the programme, the accommodation, breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, dinners from Sunday afternoon 18 June to Saturday 01 July before noon, as well as all organized social events (excursion, social evening, banquet). It does NOT include travel expenses.
We encourage all interested students to register now, since the total count of interested students is important for us and the places are limited.
ONLY if you have received an Acceptance Letter, you will be required to pay the Registration fees as soon as possible not later than the 26 of May 2023:
- Single room at 2900 CHF per person
- Shared twin room at 2200 CHF per person.
FEES & PAYMENT for CERN Participants
ONLY if your participation is validated by your Department Head
- Single room at 2900 CHF per person (including 700 CHF to be paid by yourself)
- Shared twin room at 2200 CHF per person
Travel for participants is organized by the relevant secretariats (according to the rules of each Department).
Local travel expenses in Geneva to the airport, such as taxis, public transport or parking fees at the airport will not be reimbursed.
Payment of the registration fee is done via a global TID, issued by the Department Head secretariat. The supplier (creditor) budget code is provided by the CAS Secretariat.
No extra subsistence shall be provided as the registration fee covers the full board accommodation, coffee/tea breaks and all social events.
