Description

I will present a parton-shower algorithm with two novel features: Splitting functions that depend non-trivially on azimuthal angles, which allows to disentangle color and kinematics. And a global kinematics mapping that enables an analytic proof of NLL precision. I will also discuss the matching of this parton shower to fixed-order NLO calculations, including resonance-aware matching, and first comparisons to LEP data.
