Code of Conduct

This conference is committed to providing a safe environment for the exchange of ideas for all participants irrespective of their gender, race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability or physical attributes.

It is expected that the participants will conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times. Any action, language or behaviour, whether in-person or digital (be it e-mail, in real-time comments, or on other social media) that is intended to offend, demean, threaten, or which can be construed as harassment, will not be tolerated.

Any such incident should be reported to local organizers and may result in a warning and in extreme situations expulsion from the conference.

This code of conduct serves only as a guideline for organizers and participants and is supplemental to the laws of the country and of the code of the venue where the conference is being held.
