3rd Bulletin
Dear Colleagues,
The HEP2023 conference will start this coming Wednesday 5/4/2023 at 8:30
as seen at the conference web page: https://indico.cern.ch/e/1223490
We would like to invite the speakers to upload their talks to the conference web page.
Should someone have problems uploading please mail it to us to upload it for you.
As you may see at the web page, the conference timetable has been compressed to
Wednesday (5/4), Thursday (6/4) and Friday (7/4), so now Saturday is a free day.
There will be a conference Bus to pick up the participants from a single point at Ioannina down-town
and bring them to the conference centre. The Bus will be waiting outside ZOSIMEA ACADEMIA (Ζωσιμαία Ακαδημία).
which is very close to the Grand Serai Hotel.
The same Bus will also be available to bring participants back to Ioannina at the end of each day.
The Departure times for the Bus will be:

- If you have not submitted yet an abstract with a title please do so as soon as you can. Particularly
those who would be giving talks in the parallel sessions should submit abstracts now so that we can
form the timetable for the parallel talks.
- Also for planning purposes please indicate if you are interested to publish a proceedings article
