        The 2023 pledges were filled in CRIC at the time of the October 2022  RRB. The information was then provided as part of the formal documents to the RRB as procedurally expected. We do not allow the federations to change pledges (commitments) afterwards. Some federations can identify extra sources of funding only later in the year and would like to INCREASE the pledges. Do we allow this and what is the process?
