Venue
The school will take place at the Irchel campus of the University of Zurich (UZH) in room Y16 G15 (Building 16, Room 15 on floor G). Coffee breaks will take place in the lobby close by.
The Irchel campus can be reached by various tram or bus lines. The closest stops are Milchbuck (Trams 9 and 10) and Universität Irchel (Trams 7,9,10,14 & Busses 69, 72, 83).
Day passes for public transportation are valid for 24h from the time of purchase, so will be valid also for part of the next day. They cost exactly twice as much as a single journey and hence are the preferable option if you plan to take public transport to commute back and forth between your hotel and the university. Zurich city will be covered by tickets valid in zone 110 (you can check the zones here https://www.zvv.ch/zvv-assets/abos-und-tickets/zonen/2021-2501-tarifzonen.pdf) which include trams, busses as well as local trains (S) between stops within the zones you bought the ticket for. Tickets can be purchased locally at ticket machines of which there should be one at every stop, or via the ZVV app.
Apero
An apero will take place on Wednesday at 18:00. We will provide food and refreshments.
Accommodation
The participants should arrange their own accommodation.
