We have pre-booked few rooms at hotel Ibis and hotel Akademik. Please indicate your preferences on the registration form or contact us directly. The rooms will be distributed on the basis "first come first served". For both hotels, the prices include breakfast. The tourists tax of 1.70 EUR / night / person is not included.
The pre-booking together with the prizes of the rooms are guaranteed until May 23, 2023. After May 23, you need to reserve an accommodation on your own.

At hotel Ibis, the payment for the stay needs to be done in advance by organizers (not by individual quests). Therefore we kindly ask you to send us an amount covering your stay at the hotel to the same bank account, which is used for payment of registration fee. An cancellation fee is charged if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the stay. In case of
