We invite all members of the community to submit a either a contributed-oral presentation or a poster presentation to the conference, based on their current research topic. Plenary talks are by individual invitation.
Contributed oral presentations (parallel sessions) are 12 minutes, plus 2 minutes for questions.
Plenary talks are 25 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions.
Please upload your slides to the indico site the day before your talk.
If when logged into the Indico site you cannot upload your slides, please send the email address associated with your indico account to Dr Kay Dewhurst (kay.dewhurst@cern.ch). If you don’t already have an Indico account you can register for one here.
Please also bring your talk on a memory stick. This can then be plugged into the computer in the room where you will be speaking. There will be no provision for speakers to use their personal computers or laptops.
