Posters

Posters will be on display during two consecutive sessions in the coffee break area providing a lot of visibilty and of possibility for interactions. Presenters are encorraged to be close to their poster during the breaks.

Posters in the "PO-1" session (CRD, CRI, DM, SH, OE) will be on display July 15-19. Posters in the "PO-2" session (GA, NU, GWMMS) will be on display July 19-24. You can find your session assignment on the web page of your contribution (search for it under the menu "My Conributions"). On request we can move a poster between the two sessions. Posters left at the venue on July 19 (10am) or July 24 (4pm) will be removed by the LOC.

Posters will be on display in the coffee break area during the full period and we expect presenters to stand in front of their poster at least during a specific time slot (PO-1: Jul 17 and PO-2: Jul 23, from 5pm). "Remote posters" will be available in electronic format on the ICRC 2025 web site.

Poster should have a maximum size of A0 in portrait orentation. Material to fix the posters to the boards will be provided. Physical location of the poster can be found here.

Posters can (and "Remote Posters" have to) be made available in electronic format. For this purpose please upload your poster material (a single document in pdf with a size < 10MB) on the web page of your contribution (search for it under the menu "My Conributions" and then press the button "Material"). Optionally toggle the button "Protected" to keep your material private until the symposium (you need to be logged in with your personal user account).

To increase viibility remote posters should also be posted on mattermost, in the "remote poster" channel.

If you want to print your poster in Geneva, the closest place to the conference venue is the "Migros print shop" at the "Centre commercial Les Cygnes", Rue de Lausanne 18-20, Geneva (close to the central Cornavin train station).

People at the speaker corner of the symposium can help you to test your material before your presentation.

Remote Talks

Participants having remote talks during parallel sessions should follow the instructions given just above for in-person talks. In addition please provide a video recording file to be shown to the audience during the session. The video should show your slides (assuming you have slides) and include your voice as the sound track. Here are the requirements for this file:

  • duration: 14 minutes maximum

  • resolution (aspect ratio): close to 1920x1080 or 1280x720 (16:9 or 16:10, not 4:3)

  • video encoding: any modern one, e.g. H.264, H.265, VP9, AV1

  • file format: MP4

Please name your file as follow:

      remote_talk_id{contribution_id}__{last_name}__extra__version.mp4

where "extra" is a shortened title or any other relevant short text (just few words), leave empty if not needed, "version" - a number indicating the version of this file, e.g. "1", if you later want to upload updated version just upload version 2, 3, etc

and upload the file using the following link before July 14:
       https://drive.switch.ch/index.php/s/fEKL684SEyOOeep

To increase interactions remote talks also have specific channels in mattermost.
