The proceedings papers of ICRC 2025 will be published by Proceedings of Science (PoS). To submit login on PoS with the personal PoS account of the abstract submitter (who has received an e-mail from PoS explaining how to login or create a new account). Only the abstract submitter can submit the proceeding, we cannot add an other person.
Preliminary version of the proceedings should be uploaded by July 5th (excepting for plenary and rapporteur speakers). Preliminary versions help rapporteurs to prepare their talks summariting the sessions on the last day of the conference.
The final version should be uploaded before September 19, 2025.
Preliminary version of the proceedings are not checked. Only the final proceedings will become public when accepted. There is no obligation to submit a proceeding. Final version of proceedings will be considered even in absence of a preliminary version.
Authors are required to submit a camera-ready manuscript in PDF format, printed on A4. The proceedings template is available in LaTeX (skelton.tex both authors and collaborations authors) and OpenDocument (PoStemplate.odt for authors, and PoStemplate_conf.odt for collaboration authors) formats and can be downloaded here. Collaboration authors may include a full list of collaboration authors at the end of the PDF contribution, which will not count toward the page limit.
