Posters
Posters will be on display during two consecutive sessions in the coffee break area. Poster should have a maximum size of A0 in portrait orentation. Material to fix the poster to the boards will be provided.
Posters in the "PO-1" session will be on display July 15-19. Posters in the "PO-2" session will be on display July 19-24. You can find your session assignment on the web page of your contribution (search for it under the menu "Author List").
Posters can in addition be made available in electronic format. For this purpose please upload your poster material (a single document in pdf) on the web page of your contribution (search for it under the menu "Author List" and then press the button "Material"). Optionally toggle the button "Protected" to keep your material private until the symposium (you need to be logged in with your personal user account).
Talks
Please upload your presentation material on the web page of your contribution (search for it under the menu "Author List" and then press the button "Material") and optionally toggle the button "Protected" to keep your material private until the symposium (you need to be logged in with your personal user account). Please upload your material at least 24 hours before your presentation. The preferred formats for your material are pdf, Keynote or Powerpoint for Mac OS X. OSX computers will be used in the conference rooms.
People at the speaker corner of the symposium can help you uploading and test your material before your presentation.
