Registration fees payment deadlines:
- for early (student and regular) registration : before 1 May 2025
- for late registration : before 1 July 2025
Registration will also be possible on-site.
Registration fees (in Swiss franc , CHF):
- Remote registration : 300 CHF
- Early student registration : 300 CHF
- Late student registration : 500 CHF
- Early regular registration : 500 CHF
- Late regular registration : 650 CHF
- On-site registration : 700 CHF
1 Swiss franc (CHF) is approximately worth 1.07 € or 1.12 US$.
Students fee apply only to undergraduate and PhD students (relevant IDs should be submitted with the registration).
Early, Late and On-site Registration includes:
- Admission to all sessions (9 days - no session on sunday)
- Welcome cocktail
- Coffee breaks
- Symposium documents, including access to slides when available
- Up to 2 abstracts could be accepted per presenter
Remote Registration includes:
- Access to the recording of plenary (morning) sessions, with a delay
- Access to the slides of all presentations (as available)
- No contribution will be accepted
Lunches:
Lunches are not included in the registration, they will be billed by the CICG restaurant depending on your choice of menu.The CICG restaurant will offer several menus options (the cost for a starter, main dish and desert is around CHF 20). Side dishes, sandwiches etc, will also be available. In order to advise the restaurant, kindly inform us of your intention on taking your lunches at the CICG.
User Account:
Registration requires a valid user account. EduGain works well and is the preferred choice. If you do not have any user account please see the Help with user accounts to learn how to create one.
Payment:
Payment (confirming the registration) is possible through bank transfer, paypal and major credit cards. The registration details can be modified freely until the payment. Later on please contact icrc2025@unige.ch
Receipt:
Receipt or payment and certificate of attendance will be provided at the end of the conference in your registration area on indico.
Sponsoring:
Limited sponsoring might be available for unsupported participants from disfavored countries with an abstract accepted as presenter at ICRC2025. This could cover part of the accommodation cost in Geneva or of the registration fee (no travel costs). Please submit the information you find appropriate to support your request in the registration form.
