We have blocked off a limited number of rooms at two different hotels near the IBS campus.
a. I-Hotel (an English description here)
- Single room rate: 42,000 (or 33,000 for 10+ nights) KRW/night
- Twin room rate: 56,000 (or 44,000 for 10+ nights) KRW/night
- Single rooms will be assigned first unless requested otherwise
- Breakfast is NOT provided by the hotel
- Rooms are equipped with simple cooking facilities (stove, coffee maker, rice cooker, plates)
- Cancellation fees apply starting 1 month before the check-in date.

b. ICC Hotel
- Single room rate: 108,000 KRW/night
- Twin room rate: 126,000 KRW/night
- Single rooms will be assigned first unless requested otherwise
- Breakfast is included in the rate
- Cancellation fees apply starting June 7th
Applications for these rooms can be made during the conference registration. Rooms will be reserved on your behalf on a first come first served basis. Interested participants are encouraged to fill in their registration form as soon as possible.
These hotels are located within walking distance (15-20 min walk) to the IBS campus.
Other options in the area include the Lotte City Hotel and the Hotel Onoma (also shown above), as well as the Gaon Residence (20-25 min walk to the IBS campus). Many more can be reached from IBS with public transportation and can be found on standard hotel search engines.
