Blocked hotel rooms by VUB
The VUB has blocked 10 studios (single occupation) in the Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Delta, including breakfast. This hotel is located nearby the VUB, with an approx. 10 min walking distance to the workshop venue. People interested in booking this hotel are asked to fill in the "Accommodation required" part of the registration form accordingly. Note that this option is only possible until June 23rd, or when all 10 slots are taken. The payment for these rooms will be made directly to the VUB by using the payment link provided in the registration form.
