D.S. opened the meeting reporting from the last steering committee meeting
P.S. presented "Phase stability and feedforward tests in CTF3"
A discussion followed the presentation, trying to address a few key questions on the phase measurement procedure. The major issue seems to be the identification of a master clock allowing for an absolute timing for the measruements.
A possible time for the installation of the presented experimental set up has been identified in the shutdown 2012-2013.
