Travel reimbursement

 

Please read this thoroughly...

 

You are entitled to get reimbursed for your travel costs via the funds of "Arbeitstreffen Kernphysik" except if you are employee of a Helmholtzcenter or Max-Planck-Institute.

To get reimbursed you will need to complete the travel form and ad all original receipts.
Do not forget to sign both forms!
Your personal contact details are important, e.g. questions occur.

The form consists of 2 parts (travel and tax). You will have to fill the travel part and the German part of the tax form (the English part is just to assist)

Rules:
Only economy flights and 2nd class rail travel will be reimbursed.
Indirect travels cannot be reimbursed, unless you have an explicit approval.
Did you take a taxi, please explain why (for example: no regular public transportation available).
Did you come with your own car, please state why (for example travelling with other participants).

Invoices, especially those for accommodation, need to carry your name (first and last name) and should be 
addressed to TU Munich:

We reimburse accommodation in Schleching and its direct surroundings.

The per diem is 21,50 Euro a day (arrival and departure day 10,75 Euro) and will be calculated in Munich. If breakfast is included in your bill, the per diem will be reduced by 4,30 Euro.

Please make sure you state your IBAN (resp. account number for non-European guests) and BIC/SWIFT and routing number (US guests only), tick the box about being a taxable or non-taxable Person, note your personal tax ID in the country where you are taxable, sign and send the complete documentation as soon as possible (at the latest by April 30th, 2024) to:
