      Failing transfers to Antares were due to top level directories having correct assignment to storage classes, but lower level directories needing recursive treatment, which is now done. Test dataset has now copied successfully to Antares. 

      CMS made a request to have higher cache space for CVMFS on WNs - partly for future procurement, or improvement now if appropriate.

      Discussion during this meeting about how we can measure if the cache hit rate is good or bad before we make any changes. Alastair could use this info in future procurement.

      CMS still capped at 6k cores.

      Awaiting sandox to increase the FD limit on WNs to test the resolution to the 'bad file descriptor error'

      Antares:

      • Identified failed transfers from Antares to Echo:
        • file reports a sucesful transfer, although antares has error message that file is no longer staged. 
        • Likely to due to HTTP access. 
        • Emailed fts / cta expers
