If you would like to book a room at the CERN Hostel, please fill in the accommodation form and send it to housing.service@cern.ch with copy to be.abp.secretariat@cern.ch with your registration number and name
The best is to do it as soon as possible and at the latest 31 days before the expected arrival date. After this date no booking is guarenteed.
If you prefer to find a hotel in the CERN area or in Geneva, please have a look to this list of hotels.
Please note that you will have to make your own booking as due to Data Privacy Policy, you should provide your personal guarantee details directly to the Hotel/CERN Hostel.
