Oral presentations
We will provide a computer for showing the presentation slides. The file with your slides should be uploaded to Indico before the start of the session:
First, click on "My Contributions" in the left side bar:
After clicking on the title of your presentation, click on the pen symbol next to the "Presentation materials" section at the bottom of the page:
Then select "Upload files" to upload your slides:
In case of problems, please upload it to the folder https://polybox.ethz.ch/index.php/s/AyUbubMznUw2YEa instead.
Poster presentations
The poster sessions will be on Monday (poster session 1) and Wednesday (poster session 2) from 18:00-20:00. They are in the same building as the lecture hall, see more details here: https://indico.cern.ch/event/1329533/attachments/2763319/5029788/walking_directions_poster_sessions.pdf. If you have submitted a poster and are logged into Indico, you can find your assigned session by clicking on "My Contributions" in the left side bar:
After clicking on the title of your poster, the session will be displayed on the top right of the page:
Poster boards will be available from Monday morning. Please put up your posters before the start of the session. If you are presenting in the first session, please remove your poster at the latest in the lunch break on Wednesday such that the other presenters can put up their posters.
