We kindly invite all the participants to join us at St. Cergue for an excursion and dinner on Thursday the 11th 2024. Saint-Cergue is perched 1041 meters high near Col de la Givrine, east of La Dôle in the Jura mountains. It offers panoramic alpine views, including Mont Blanc. The resort is famous for its tranquil Jura scenery and the fresh scent of extensive forests.
We will have the opportunity to do a small hike (or snowshoeing !) of around 30 minutes to 1 hour in the snow. There is also a possibility to a longer hike and to explore the weather station atop the mountain. The dinner will be held in a traditional Swiss Chalet surrounded by nature in the mountians. The choice of menu will be Swiss fondue/raclette, meat and local wine.
