In order to benefit from a discounted price, RECFA delegates should contact the hotel directly to make their booking using the reference number provided by email. Both phone and email work, see contact details at https://nordiclund.se/en/kontakt/.
If you don't remember the booking reference number, please email arnaud.ferrari@physics.uu.se as soon as possible.
Other participants are encouraged to book their accommodation at their earliest convenience, as Lund is likely to be busy during the dates surrounding the RECFA meeting.
